- Prepare of Whole Wheat tortilla wraps.
- You need 250 gms of Boneless chicken.
- You need 1 cup of Yogurt.
- Prepare of Salt to taste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Turmeric.
- You need 2 tsp of Chipotle sauce.
- It's 2 tbsp of Lemon juice.
- You need 2 tbsp of Tikka masala.

- Prepare of Salad (onion,lettuce,carrots).
- You need of Mayyonaise.

Tortilla wraps instructions
- First of all marinate chicken in all spices...keep it for at least an hour...then cook on low flame until water dries....
- Take whole wheat tortilla wraps and heat them on tawa until cooked..
- Then put tomato ketchup on tortilla wrap.
- Put chicken tikka over it..
- Cut salad...you can opt anything of choice.I used carrots as my kids likes it..
- Put salad over wraps..
- Put mayyonaise over it..
- Now fold it into half,press it n cut into slices.
- Serve hot alongwith ketchup n mayo dip..
